AUTHENTICATION: Law 26/2006 on Private Insurance and Reinsurance Mediation authorizes the Broker to process the data of the persons addressed to them without their consent:

• Before signing the contract: to offer independent, professional and impartial advice, and to provide such data to the insurance or reinsurance company with which the corresponding contract was to be signed.

• After signing the contract, and to provide the policyholder, the insured, and the beneficiary of the policy with the information they claim about any of the clauses of the policy, and assistance and counselling in the event of a claim.

All the other purposes have a legitimate basis in the consent, both those of the contract with this Brokerage as well as the policy or policies that may be signed. Likewise, your consent is the basis of the advertising processing that you authorize, and in any case the withdrawal of that consent conditions the execution of the Mediation contract.

Recipients

Personal data will only be disclosed to third parties to comply with legal obligations, for example, to the Tax Agency, or to insurance companies, subscription agencies or other brokerages to the extent necessary for insurance quotes, policy subscription or its execution. Likewise, in those cases that the regulations determine, they will be communicated to the Ministry of Justice as the body in charge of the Registry of Insurance Contracts. In the event that quotes are requested or policies are taken out with foreign insurance companies outside the European Economic Area, transfers of international data will be covered by the European Data Protection Rgulation, or the EU-US Privacy Shield Agreement.
